    My reputation is defined by executing large transformational projects and sales strategies to grow markets.  My goal is delivering to my client value through operational improvement. Proven business development and project leadership skills help my clients grow their top and bottom line. Having worked at IBM, DXC, HP and Fyrtarn, I applied a range of project and sales skills across a range of technologies and business solutions to enhance operational outcomes.

    My recent engagements were with DXC Australia, HP Enterprise Services and Fyrtarn, as a Business Development Executive.  Tasked to develop and deliver value propositions that open new channels to market and improve delivery performance.

    My ZYSA services principle is to provide Advise, Solve and Execute - delivering tangible value from concept through to execution.

    In 35 years of professional experience I have excelled in operational and sales roles.  Known as a change agent, acknowledged for defining and executing large transformation programs and managing multi-billion dollar outsourcing contracts.  Leveraging skills across various industries, I am accomplished in setting strategic direction and aligning the talents of key players to deliver on defined objectives. 

     

    My experience includes program management, consulting and negotiation through delivering outsourced services into ASX20 companies.  In summary, I contributed $3bn in market value to my telco clients, led 600 staff in an $180m annual P&L and led the sale for services business exceeding $1.6bn.

    Industry experience includes:

    • Telecommunications – establishing new telco startups in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Germany.  In Australia, I led engagements in Telstra, Vodafone, Optus and NBN Co

    • Utilities – leading the sales for outsourcing/services contracts for AGL, EnergyAustralia, Jemena

    • Mining – engaging in projects for Woodside, Chevron, QGC and Rio Tinto

    • Banking– defining a compelling proposition, targeting and securing introductions with CXO clients in Asia.
